Tintify subscriptions are sold by Tintify Holdings, Inc. ("Tintify", "we", "us"). Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Tintify is the seller of record for all subscription transactions, and this policy governs all refund matters.

All subscription payments are non-refundable

This applies to monthly payments and to annual prepayments alike. We keep this policy simple on purpose: you can cancel at any time, and cancellation is always the remedy.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time from Settings, Billing in your Tintify account, or by emailing support@tintify.io. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, whether monthly or annual, and no further renewal occurs.

Free trial

New self-serve subscriptions include a 15-day free trial with your payment method collected at signup. No charge is made during the trial. Cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing, and no refund is ever needed because no payment was taken.

Founding and promotional discounts

Discounts granted under launch promotions apply for the life of a continuously active subscription. If a discounted subscription is cancelled or lapses for any reason, the discount is forfeited permanently and cannot be reinstated on a future subscription.

Billing errors and defects

If you believe you were charged in error, or a material technical defect prevents you from accessing the Services as described, contact support@tintify.io within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors are corrected and refunded in full. Claimed defects are investigated promptly, and where we confirm a material defect that we cannot remedy, we will work with you in good faith, which may include a credit or refund at our discretion.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
