Annual plans include migration assistance: reasonable help from our team importing your existing data during onboarding. It is a support service, not a deliverable with a guaranteed timeline, and monthly plans do not include it.

Yes. Every new Tintify account is automatically provisioned its own dedicated phone number in your local area code at signup, unique to your business and never shared with other Tintify users. Send review requests, appointment reminders and confirmations, invoice links, proposals, and maintenance reminders. Two-way SMS conversations with customers are threaded into customer profiles and a built-in Conversations workspace. Voice calling is not available yet, but call forwarding routes anyone who dials your number straight to you. It is set up automatically, with no third-party accounts or extra setup required.

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellation is the remedy: future charges stop and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.
