1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Tintify Holdings, Inc. ("Tintify," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our platform and website (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to our use of cookies as described below.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They allow the site to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the Services.

Similar technologies include:

  • Local storage. Browser-side data storage used to retain session state
  • Session storage. Temporary storage that is cleared when you close your browser
  • Pixel tags / web beacons. Small image files used to track page visits or email opens
  • Analytics identifiers. Unique IDs assigned to track usage patterns

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Services to function. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, and security. You cannot opt out of these cookies without disabling the Services.

Examples:

  • Authentication tokens to keep you logged in
  • CSRF protection tokens
  • Load balancing session identifiers

3.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences and personalize your experience within the platform.

Examples:

  • Remembered UI preferences (e.g., sidebar state, default views)
  • Language and timezone settings

3.3 Analytics Cookies

We use analytics tools to understand how Customers use the platform, which features are most used, and where improvements are needed. This data is aggregated and used internally to improve the Services.

Examples:

  • Page views, session duration, and feature interaction tracking
  • Error and performance monitoring

3.4 Third-Party Cookies

Certain third-party services integrated into the platform may set their own cookies. These are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies.

Examples:

  • Payment processor cookies (e.g., Stripe)
  • Support chat tools
  • Authentication providers

3.5 Cookie Inventory

4. How Long Do Cookies Last?

  • Session cookies expire when you close your browser
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (typically 30 to 365 days) or until you delete them manually

5. Your Choices and Withdrawing Consent

When you first visit our website, a banner lets you accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or set each optional category individually. Functional, analytics, and marketing technologies are not loaded unless and until you opt that category in. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give, by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew.

We ask again for your choice at least every 12 months, and whenever we introduce a materially new use of cookies.

5.1 Browser Controls

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View and delete existing cookies
  • Block cookies from specific sites
  • Block all third-party cookies
  • Set preferences for future cookies

Note that disabling certain cookies (particularly strictly necessary cookies) may prevent you from using parts of the Services. Clearing your browser storage also clears your saved cookie preferences, so the banner will appear again.

For more information on managing cookies, visit your browser's help documentation or www.allaboutcookies.org.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. At this time, the Services do not respond to DNT signals, as no industry-wide standard exists for interpreting them.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
